    The site benefits from reinforced procedures, such as maintaining a visitor entry and exit registerEach visitor is registered upon arrival, specifying the time of arrival and the person visited, thus ensuring rigorous and secure monitoring of movements within the company.

    GPC Logistics ensures the security of its sites thanks to a intrusion alarm system efficient. In case of triggering, a supervisory body is immediately alerted and contacts the on-call personIf it cannot be reached, a protocol is activated: the organization notifies one of the site managers, according to a predefined call order. If no one answers, a security agent is automatically dispatched to the site for rapid intervention.

    In terms of information management, GPC Logistics uses software WMS Infolog et ITEM Stock, perfectly adapted to its logistics services. Access to these systems is strictly reserved for users with a personal access codeEach user can only view data relating to their own customers, thus ensuring the policy information. Monitoring and allocation of access are supervised by thenetwork administrator, ensuring rigorous control of data and IT security.

    In terms of Data protection, GPC Logistics has implemented a system of daily backup which copies the information to a second server, located remotely from the computer room, in order to guarantee the security and redundancy of the data in the event of a disaster. To prevent unauthorized or malicious access, a firewall robust is used. In addition, thenetwork administrator continuously monitors systems to prevent any risk of hacking or data leaks.

    In terms of infrastructure security, the Troyes Lavau logistics platform is equipped with a system of sprinkler, in accordance with the operating authorization under the headings 1510 et 1511This fire protection system is the subject of weekly checks carried out by qualified personnel.     Inside the storage buildings, access is strictly controlled by a personal and nominative electronic badge, reserved for management members only. Any unauthorized person must be accompanied by a manager to enter these areas. In addition, to ensure the safety of employees and visitors, wearing safety vest and shoes is mandatory inside warehouses.

    Regarding the maintenance of infrastructure, the technical managers supervise maintenance operations, carried out by contracted companies. This includes the maintenance of the air conditioning, heating, sanitation, handling trolleys, platform doors, anti-intrusion systems, video surveillance as well as fire safety equipment (fire extinguishers, armed fire networks, sprinklers, fire doors, smoke extraction hatches).
