Warehouse logistics

We have 48.136 m² of warehouse space spread across our various sites:

• Molsheim (67) : 7.000 m² with a storage capacity of 9.000 EPR (Pallet Rack Location), of which 2.000 m² are air-conditioned,
• Lavau (10) : 20.000 m² with a storage capacity of 23.000 EPRs, of which 15.000 m² are air-conditioned,
• Saint Julien lès Villas (10) : 4.000 m² with a storage capacity of 5.100 EPRs,
• Torvilliers (10) : 7.136 m² with a storage capacity of 5.602 EPRs,
• Sainte Marie Bridge (10) : 10.000 m².

Our Troyes – Lavau site is secure : fire alarm, sprinkler, entry/exit control and recording, burglar alarm, access to the interior of buildings by electronic badge, video surveillance system to record the entry/exit of vehicles and people. These systems are regularly checked by specialized maintenance companies under contract.

He's classified as a bonded, national export and excise warehouse for wines and spirits with the following statuses:

• Authorized Warehouse (EA) for the storage of wines and spirits,
• Bonded Warehouse (ESD),
• National Export Warehouse (ENE).

Classification : our warehouses meet the standard ICPE (Classified Installation for Environmental Protection) sections 1510 and 1511 and comply with current legislation.

Storage modes :

• Storage in standard racks and modular: 80 x 120 or 100 x 120 pallets,
• Mass storage,
• Ground storage for non-standard goods,
• Storage for the textile flat and on hanger,
• Storage in shelves and lockers.

Inventory management :

• La stock management is carried out on our information systems Infolog ou Item Stock (WMS: Warehouse Management Systems),
• We use the radio frequency for reception, storage, order preparation, and loading control,
• We make an custom labeling of each pallet or package before storage,
• Management picking can be done by the piece, by sub-packaging or by the package,
• Our logistics labels meet the standard GS1 and can be personalized, just like our delivery slips,
• inventories are carried out on demand: rotating or periodically (half-yearly, annual, etc.).

Data traceability and storage:

• Our customers benefit from a secure portal for access in real time to their stocks and movements,
• We electronically archive the data history on six rolling months, with the possibility of extending to twelve months on request, including the traceability of each product in our warehouses,
• La stock increase is automated according to customer needs, by mail ou EDI.

Information flow:

• We can set up theEDI (Computerized File Exchange) to manage basic data, receptions, order preparations, shipments and inventories,
• Un secured access via a Web portal is available for consulting stocks and movements of goods.

Custom packaging (copacking):

• Our Adaptability et proactivity allow us to offer various services related to storage: qualitative sorting, labeling, packaging or unpacking, box making, podium assembly, and reverse logistics.
