Unloading of trucks and containers in Bulk or pallets.
Qualitative and quantitative control according to your needs and specifications.
Unit Management : parts, sub-packaging, parcels, European or lost pallets, 100 x 120, wooden crates, rolls, etc.
Scanning entry with portable terminals: scan EAN13, scan EAN 128, scan SSCC, and traceability : DLUO, batch number, serial number.
Reconditioning, palletization et filming and cross docking.

Storage:

Inventory management according to specifications: FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out).
Traceability of batch numbers, management of BBD (Best Before Date), SSCC (Serial Shipping Container Code) and serial numbers.
EDI message exchanges for the management of stock status for both inventories.

Order preparation:

Analysis of the order book of our customers: determination of needs, manufacturing requests, planning et scheduling.
Order preparation management in our information system: integration by EDI, mail ou manual entry.
Preparation of commands per piece, per package or per pallet, with radio frequency terminals.
