AIR FREIGHT FORWARDER
GPC Logistics is a provider of customized logistics services and we are looking for an air import and/or export transit agent for our subsidiary GPC Logistic and Overseas at Roissy Charles de Gaulle.
You will ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance of the heavy goods vehicle fleet with rigor, organization and responsiveness, in compliance with procedures.
Function summary:
The air freight forwarder is responsible for receiving, processing, checking and preparing import/export documents.
They carry out customs administrative operations (declarations, customs clearance, etc.) or commercial operations related to the transport (collection and delivery conditions, etc.) or international movement of goods (import/export transit, etc.) on behalf of clients, in accordance with regulations and with a focus on quality (cost, deadlines, security, etc.). They may work in a specific area (import, export, customs, type of transport, etc.).
Missions:
The agent is generally responsible for receiving, processing, checking and preparing import and/or export documents:
- Ensures the receipt and documentary check of goods.
- Ensures the processing or preparation of import and/or export documentation.
- Entry of LTAs into the company's Cargospot software.
- Ensures the transmission of information to clients,
- Reports any anomalies observed to their line manager.
- Adherence to flight loading schedules,
- Management and monitoring of air import and/or export files
- Taxation / LTA,
- Contacts with companies / Freight bookings,
- Customer contacts,
- Logistics monitoring of operations
- Organization of goods removals,
- Pre-alerts,
- Customer billing,
- Supplier invoice checks, …

Required profile :
- Baccalaureate level to Baccalaureate + 2 years of higher education in Transport/Logistics.

- Knowledge of the air freight industry and successful experience in a similar role would be an asset.

Possession of a driver's license is essential.
Salary: €2.200 to €2.400 gross over 12 months depending on experience.
Status: employee or supervisor depending on experience.
Permanent contract based on the legal working hours.
